She is a Practising Chartered Secretary, and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).

Sheryl has over 15 years of experience providing audit services to various companies in a wide range of industries. She is a Practicing Member of ISCA, an ACCA member and a Certified Practising Management Consultant.

Chang Ching has over 15 years of experience providing audit and advisory services and is currently responsible for the overall operations of the firm. He is a Practicing Member of ISCA, a Chartered Financial Analyst, an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST).
